On behalf of the veterans and staff at the McGuire VA Medical Center, we extend to you and your association, Azalea Charities Inc., our gratitude for your most generous donation of checks totaling $10,000.00

Your checks will be deposited in the following General Post Fund (GPF) accounts as specified.
Check 466, $3500.00 GPF 1051, TV Fund, will be used to help defray the cost of satellite services to the patients. Check 467, $5000.00; GPF 1161, OIF/OEF, supports the needs of returning Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation Enduring Freedom patients and their family members who visit McGuire VA Medical Center. Check 468, $1000.00; GPF 1125, Hospice Program, provides for the comfort of those patients who are terminally ill. As indicated, this donation will be used to sponsor the annual reunion for Hospice patients and their family members and family members of deceased Hospice patients. Check 469, $500.00 GPF 1139, Special Events, supports patient special events throughout the year. You requested that this portion of your donation be used to sponsor the Dialysis yearly picnic for their patients.
